This course will introduce you to key terminology and processes within the project management framework. Managing projects is an essential piece to almost every vocation and area and recognising how to plan, develop, and implement a project including how to manage the numerous variables and issues can be complex. In this course you will learn about how to set up a project framework, identify project management teams, and evaluate the plan for implementation.



This course will take you approximately 6 hours to complete. A learner who explores the material in more depth will take approximately 8 hours and a learner who skims the course content will take 4 hours.
